量子情報処理、量子力学の基礎の問題、量子力学的効果の応用ご関心のある
方の気軽なディスカッションの場として、月１度程度行えればと考えており
ます。
参加は全く自由です（学生、院生の方、大歓迎です。）また、北大内外で、
ご関心をお持ちの方がいらっしゃいましたら、お声をかけてください。
量子計算研究会は、量子通信や量子計算とその実験や技術に興味のある研究
者のいわば「異業種交流会（細谷暁夫様談）」です。現在、関西地区、関東地区
でそれぞれ定期的に会合がもたれています。

題目：Integrated optical approach to quantum information processing
要旨： Ion traps provide a promising physical substrate for quantum information processing, where most functional elements have been demonstrated experimentally. Next set of challenges include technology solutions for realizing a higher level of integration for such physical systems. We discuss integration of optical elements central to this challenge, in terms of beam distribution and efficient state detection techniques.
